Presenting at the congress
Language
The official language of the Congress is English. Simultaneous interpretation is not provided. Therefore, it is expected that authors are able to present their research more or less fluently in the English language.
Technical Support
Laptop (MS Office for Windows: Word, PowerPoint, Excel), state of the art multimedia technology that guarantees a perfect flow at the highest level for all different kinds of presentations, Wi-Fi internet connection, laser pointers and wireless microphones for questions and comments of the participants.
Insurance
The organizers cannot accept liability for personal accident, loss or damage to private property, which may be incurred as a result of participation in the event. Participants are, therefore, advised to arrange appropriate insurance cover.
