You confirm that any abstract, poster, or full text you submit is your own original work, does not infringe third-party rights, and complies with the plagiarism and similarity rules published on the for Authors page.

You grant the organising committee a non-exclusive right to review, reproduce, and publish accepted contributions in the congress abstract book and proceedings.

Participation is confirmed in accordance with the fee, payment, and cancellation terms published on the Registration page. Fees are payable in the currency and by the methods stated there.

The organising committee may amend the programme, speakers, dates, venue, or delivery format where necessary. Material changes will be announced on this website.

The website and congress services are provided on an 'as is' basis. To the extent permitted by law, the organisers are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, with the courts of Sofia having jurisdiction over any dispute.
