CAUSummit is supported by universities, research institutions, and industry partners from around the world.
Some international participants may require a visa or supporting documentation to enter Bulgaria. Attendees are encouraged to check requirements early.
The process of visa requests might take considerable time at Bulgaria consulates and embassies, so you should apply for your visa at least three months before the congress.
For full details about visa requirements and application procedures, visit the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria. Please first check whether you should obtain a visa or not.
If you need an original invitation letter, you must arrange the way to take delivery and pay the shipping cost. CAUSummit can send originals via regular post only because of the high cost of cargo.
CAUSummit does not give any guarantee for acceptance of the visa application; this is related to the regulations of the Embassy in your country.
