Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are non-transferable.
Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received before 25 April 2025. The cancellation fee is 100 Euro.
Cancellations after 25 April 2025 are not eligible for a refund.
Early bird registration fee (before 28 March 2026) is 430 Eur0
Regular registration fee (after 28 March 2026) is 490 Eur0
Accompanying person registration fee (before 28 March 2026) is 300 Eur0
Accompanying person registration fee (after 28 March 2026) is 350 Eur0
All fees listed above includes VAT.
The fee(s) must be paid until 1 month before the event. Payment at the symposium venue (only by exception) with an approval by the organizing committee will be charged with “Regular Registration Fee + 20%”. The registration fee includes the participation in the congress, publication of 1 (one) fulltext, certificate, digital collection of the abstracts, a congress set including bag, pen, etc., coffee/tea breaks, social events, opening ceremony, cocktail, gala dinner, and gifts. Registration fee does not include accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, airport transfers and/or any other products or services not mentioned above. Participants are entirely responsible for making their own travel arrangements.
Please note that 1 (one) registration fee includes 1 (one) fulltext publication for free, and each additional published articles will be charged to be 220 Euro. After early bird registration, the fee for additional article will be charged to be 250 Euro.
The registration fee (Accompanying Person) includes cocktail, gala dinner, coffee/tea breaks and participation to be a listener in sessions. However, please consider that author(s) and co-author(s) is/are not allowed to be Accompanying Person(s).
Video presentation option will be given to participants who will not be able to travel because of their any restrictions. However please consider that the registration fee is the same in order to encourage the participants for presentation in person in the venue.
Registration fees are non-transferable and will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received until 1 month before the event with a cancellation fee of 100 Euro. Cancellations are not eligible for a refund in the last month.
