CALL FOR PAPERS & GUIDELINES
Please consider that you can participate by submitting the abstract(s) only, without fulltext submission, too. Submission of fulltext is optional for the participants would like to publish the article(s) in the proceedings.
If you prefer to submit your fulltext(s),
2. Prepare your fulltext (max. 10 pages, grammatically correct and clear) according to the template without making any changes to the format, fonts, spaces, etc. The number of fulltext submission is limited to 2 (two) articles.
3. The articles must be checked by means of plagiarism, and the plagiarism check report must be submitted with the article(s). Therefore, attach the plagiarism check report to your e-mail.
4. Submit your article(s) with plagiarism check report, to be attachment files of the e-mail to "causummit@causummit.org"
Please note that 1 (one) registration fee includes 1 (one) fulltext publication for free, and each additional published articles will be charged to be 220 Euro. After early bird registration, the fee for additional article will be charged to be 250 Euro.
After extensive peer-review, submitted fulltexts will be published in a proceedings which will be submitted for indexing in the prestigious indexes.
Please consider that registration fee must be paid after acceptance of your fulltext. Otherwise your fulltext will not be included in the journal.
Authors of the papers are responsible for any conflict of interest and/or plagiarism. The publisher of proceedings is allowed to decline any article with high similarity index (more than 10%) after the submission deadline and peer review process. CAUSummit does not accept responsibility for this, and the fee is not eligible for refund, because there is a charge on the side of the publisher for all processed articles. Additionally, pay attention to self-plagiarism of your submitted articles with other submissions to journals and conference proceedings.
Peer review policy & plagiarism checks: All submitted fulltexts will undergo a three-step review process: preliminary check, plagiarism check, and independent expert peer review. The congress uses double-blind reviews by internal and mostly external reviewers. The articles are checked by means of plagiarism and similarity index in the 1st step of the review process. If the plagiarism is not detected and similarity index is lower than 10% (and the similarly index from a single source must be less than 4%), the fulltext is then be sent out for peer review. According to the reviewers' reports, the editorial office decides whether or not the fulltext should be published (based on quality and relevance to the congress), and to improve the article before publication.
